We work with you and your family to put together a package that is completely unique to you, providing the support and rehabilitation that YOU want.
Neuro Partners was initially created when the founders identified a gap in services offered to seriously injured individuals, particularly after they left hospital. Often the individuals were referred to care homes or generic care agencies, who at times did not have the specialist skills and expertise to be able to deliver ongoing specialist support required by individuals with neurological conditions.
Neuro Partners are focused on the individual and their family, meeting their ongoing needs – in the home, community, education or employment. As a Company, we have the skills and expertise in-house to be able to deliver the support needed, and constantly review what support is in place and whether this is suited to the individual’s requirements. We have the flexibility to be able to review and alter the support delivered whenever needed to best meet the individual’s needs and expectations.
