We work with you and your loved ones to put together a package which is unique to you, providing the support and rehabilitation which YOU want.
Neuro Partners was initially created when the founders identified a gap in the services offered to seriously injured individuals, particularly after they left hospital. Often the individuals were referred to care homes or generic domiciliary care agencies, who do their job very well but don’t offer the ongoing specialist support required by individuals with neurological conditions.
Neuro Partners are focused on the individual and their family, meeting the ongoing needs which they want met, whether in the community, education or employment, as it’s all about the person and their quality of life. We don’t take on large block contracts, and that enables us to concentrate on each individual Service User.
