Neuro Partners

At Neuro Partners we are passionate about recruiting the right staff to work with our Service Users. We currently have over 250 employees and a great deal of care is taken in the selection process to recruit reliable, caring, trustworthy staff.

We carry out interviews and personality tests to assess the suitability of our Support Workers, and conduct a full induction training programme. Our potential support workers then begin their mentoring and competency programme before being allowed to work solo with any of our Service Users.

There are lots of genuine opportunities for our staff to progress within the company, for example many of our Support Workers soon go on to become Assistant Psychologists or Senior Case Leads, and several of our core managers have progressed from Support Workers or Assistant Psychologists.
