Neuro Partners is a specialist service providing Community Support and Rehabilitation to people with brain injury and neurological condition.

Support is delivered throughout the North of England, with the head office being based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and a further two offices based in Cumbria and Yorkshire, and soon to be covering Lancashire as well.

Neuro Partners’ Community Services bespoke to the needs of the Service User and their families, and in partnership commissioners and Statutory Services (Social Services, Solicitors, Primary Care Trusts, Mental Health Trusts, Case Managers and Insurers).

Support is delivered by:

Rehabilitation Support Workers

Psychiatric Nurse Specialists

Individualised programmes of support and intervention is geared towards the Service User becoming more autonomous and independent in their home and/or in their local community, tailored to the needs of the individual and their family, and aimed at improving quality of life wherever possible.
A person-centred approach is at the heart of all we do, Service User inclusion and family inclusion is essential to working in partnership to achieved agreed aims, and Service Users have the right of veto over whom they work with. We always aim to have our Service Users and key family members being part of the training and selection of their team members, as we recognise the value of the inclusion this fosters.

We are passionate about the work we do and those we serve, delivering in both short term and long term provision programmes of support. If we can assist we will.

Our aim is to set a package up that the Service User wants and needs, and then as a bespoke team set up for the specific individual, deliver the desired outcomes.
