*Please note that access to Foundation courses is via our recruitment process. Candidates will need to pass an assessment centre in order to be eligible. Assessment centres are arranged following a vacancy Support Worker advertising and comprise an Interview, Personality Test and Group Exercise.
Please refer to our recruitment section which will detail current vacancies. You will not be able to apply until a Support Worker vacancy is advertised in that region.

Foundation Training Update
Following the completion of our first two foundation weeks, one in Cumbria and one in the North East, we have found that candidates have found these extremely useful, providing a good initial framework of knowledge as preparation for working with our cleints. Both weeks have been a huge success and have resulted in us offering 16 candidates employment opportunities with us.
