The Neuro Partners Health and Safety Committee acts as a centralized forum to plan, implement and review best practice throughout the company. With a dedicated Health and Safety Co-ordinator and overseen by a Director, the Committee consists of Heads of Services from all regions including North East England, Cumbria and Yorkshire and also involves other specialist professionals including Occupational Therapists and Nurses. Community based staff are also on the Committee, representing Support Workers who work in Home environments, Community and Education settings. The Health and Safety Committee meet every 12 weeks, encouraging feedback and discussion, ensuring that all action points are communicated to all regions of Neuro Partners and then delivered in accordance with current legislation and in line with company policies to ascertain good practice of Health and Safety at work for our Service Users and Employees.
