Community Support Workers
We are currently looking to recruit Care and Support workers to provide long-term support for our service users and their families. The role will include personal care and/or rehabilitation. We are looking to recruit people who want to make a difference, who are patient and understanding and who want to contribute to their community. The provision of continuity of care within the rehabilitation setting is paramount. Support will include evenings, weekends. You must be flexible and able to work as part of a team. All staff will be required to undertake NVQ training.
Job Requirements
You will have a natural, caring personality needed to make a real difference and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be flexible and able to commit to regular hours each week.
