Community Support Workers

Due to recent expansion we are currently looking to recruit care/support workers to provide long-term support for our service users and their families, which may include personal care and or rehabilitation. We are looking to recruit people who want to make a difference, who are patient and understanding and who want to contribute to their community.  The provision of continuity of care within the rehabilitation setting is paramount. Support will include evenings, weekends. You must be flexible and able to work as part of a team.  All staff will be required to undertake NVQ training.

Job Requirements

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be flexible and able to commit to regular hours each week.  These roles will require travel, so access to a vehicle would be advantageous.
