Complex Physical Needs Case Manager

(Carlisle based, travel required) 40 hrs/ wk
Salary: Starting £23,000 (company bonus/expenses/mileage)

To case manage a complex physical needs service, including minimal consciousness Service Users and their needs. To ensure Service Users are maintained to their maximum level of health & functioning.

Job Requirements

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills.  Travel will be required, so access to a car is essential. Qualifications in care/support, RGN/RLDN/RMN. A self starter with a positive problem solving attitude.
