“Since returning to work following a head injury I noticed John was struggling in areas he would have coped with easily before. His memory and attention span had decreased and we didn’t know how to help him. The team were starting to resent him because he wasn’t meeting deadlines or targets and we were worried we would have no other choice but to go down the disciplinary route with him”.
