Assessment Service
Because of our expertise in putting bespoke packages of support together to meet the unique needs of any person, whether at home, as part of Access to Work, in education or in the community, we are often asked for detailed assessments only.
The most appropriate and qualified staff are selected to carry out the assessment in accordance with the brief we are given. All of our assessments are conducted by two persons.
The assessment is done in great detail and we also look beyond the individual by examining their environment and any existing support systems, as the person must be seen in context.
Our assessments always include a proposal, a fully costed plan of intervention, a pathway with outcomes, milestones and what can be achieved with what intervention.
We have delivered bespoke assessment services on many occasions to over 15 different statutory authorities and many private commissioners.
