Access to Work Employment Support
Neuro Partners work in conjunction with Employers, Access to Work and individuals with the aim of sustainability/enablement within employment.
Assessment
Access to Work services commence with a detailed assessment of the individual’s needs. A comprehensive support plan will subsequently be collated, and a support worker or small dedicated team will be appointed to encourage progression and work towards the required outcomes.
Neuro Partners can carry out the initial assessment, if required, or clients can come to us directly once their support plan is approved.
Information for the Individual and Assessors
Each individual will be allocated a suitably qualified support worker or team of support workers to specifically match their needs and requirements. Our support workers all undergo CRB clearance and have suitable references sought prior to employment.
