Accountability and Governance Panels

Each service has a panel of Stakeholders (Service Users, relatives, charitable representatives and Support Workers) which directly holds each service to account. The Governance Panels form a bridge between Service Users and management of services, engaging those we serve directly.

Governanace Panels

Any complaints will be communicated to the panel for their feedback, they directly support recruitment and training of staff, they are consulted regarding any changes to services, act as a voice for people with neurological conditions, and feed back the views of those we serve directly to management.

The Panels are an essential aspect of governing our services and holding such services to account, putting the views and interests of those we serve exactly where they should be, at the very heart of the company.
