Neuro Partners

I contacted Neuro Partners as I required someone to transcribe a high number of recordings for my research and they seemed very experienced in this field.

I was a little concerned initially because I had never had support before and did not know what to expect, or whether the style of the transcribing would be what I wanted.

I need not have worried – I had a very encouraging meeting with my Assistant Psychologist, who listened well to my requirements and talked me through how the process usually works. She took my suggestions on board and designed the support around what I wanted.

I received the transcriptions back very quickly and they were of an outstanding quality and only needed one minor alteration. I requested this and the amendment was made incredibly quickly and the final documents were sent back to me.

I now have every confidence in Neuro Partners to continue delivering to these very high standards and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone needing support with their work.
